Very good service, staff are great. Complimentary drink when you arrive and they will insist you relax and get some food before check-in. Food is really nice, fresh pasta definitely a highlight.

After having recently stayed in premium hotels in Hammamet ,Sousse,Monastir and Tunis I must agree with the person who wrote :"(this is the) Best resort hotel in Tunisia"! The lobby is elegant,the staff gracious,the rooms exquisite and the buffet meals the very best I've had at Tunisia's All Inclusive Hotels . I also agree with several taxi drivers through out Tunisia who told me that Mahdia's beaches were of the highest quality in the country.(On guy said Kelibia's was better;going there next week). Comfortable beds,huge rooms,good aircon,strong wifi signal. The drink service on the beach was consistently first rate all 4 days of my stay.

I have stayed in many hotels around the World and honestly this was one of our best experiences.From the check in experience with all the staff greetings and smiling especially Radhouen who checked us in,he was the best and always had a smile and a few words as we past reception during our stay. The staff in the restaurant were also so smiley and attentive. The food was great. Overall this was a great experience and highly recommend. The only thing that didn't go well for us was the weather as rain and wind for the 2 days but the staff at the hotel made up for it. Well done to everyone at Royal MANSOUR

The buffet (Breakfast and dinner) was really amazing with excellent varieties of food and fresh fruits and vegetables.Great selection of fishes/ Meat. All the staff were very friendly.Location was great as we had the chance to visit El Jem Amphitheater and The great mosque of Kairouan (Almost one hour trip from the hotel).

Even though we arrived at the hotel early, the staff immediately took us to our room and served us refreshments.The sea view and green garden were wonderful.Great breakfast every morning, lunch and dinner varieties were very nice.Security works great, they found our lost antique item immediately, we are very pleased..

The Hotel was very well located, less than half an hour walk to downtown Mahdia. Food, services, staff, beach and pools were all excellent.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel itself as well as the facilities are well maintained. We enjoyed the food, the pools and our stay in general. We are looking forward to our next visit!
